We want you to love your space. While custom furniture is non-returnable, we accept returns on most decor items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
